We think quality really counts, and you can always count on ours
We’ve got where we are today by making quality the focus of everything we do, whether that’s designing an extinguisher, devising an evacuation plan or delivering fire safety training. As well as all the external approvals and official accreditations you’d expect, we’ve also got rigorous in-house systems and audits to keep us at the top of our ‘quality’ game.
Research & development
With more than 45 years’ manufacturing experience and unrivalled market expertise at our disposal, we’re perfectly placed for developing an exceptional range of fire safety products.
Our proven process of designing, prototyping, testing and refining has helped us create fire extinguishers and fire safety products that deliver class-leading performance on every level. We’ve also worked with trusted manufacturing partners to produce exclusive products, like our low-pressure extinguisher ranges for the UK and Irish markets.
Every product we develop reflects our unique mix of engineering expertise, industry knowledge and unswerving attention to detail. From our careful choice of materials and the extra features we design into our products through to unique details like the special anti-corrosion neck rings on our ‘wet’ extinguishers, nothing gets overlooked.
The end result of our fanatical approach to R&D is always the same: unbeatable performance. Our products work better, last longer and need less care and attention than their rivals. As a customer, that doesn’t just mean safer people and premises; it means a smaller workload as well as a peace of mind.
As an established business that’s only ever worked in fire safety, we’re true specialists in our field, and it shows. As well as 45 years’ experience and every possible accreditation behind us, we’re also active and valued members of the Fire Industry Association committee and the British Fire Consortium Council. Taken together, this means we’re a team you can have total confidence in when it comes to expertise, high standards and always delivering up-to-the-minute best practice. Add the fact that we’re a commission-free business through and through, and it’s clear we’re all about delivering top performance, not simply looking after our own bottom line.
With a proud heritage of manufacturing behind us, we’ve always recognised the value and benefits of having a clear, thorough and robust quality management system, fully accredited by a third party. In 1995 we achieved ISO:9001, and we’ve been improving and fine-tuning our systems ever since. Today, those systems are carefully designed to meet the needs of the business we’ve become: a market-leading supplier, installer and maintainer of fire extinguishers and associated products and services.
For our market and the products we deliver, we simply couldn’t hold any more accreditations, and that’s a fact. Just as you’d expect from a company with clients like ours, our accreditations cover every aspect of our business, from Quality, Environment and Health & Safety right through to product and industry specific accreditations like the BAFE Registered Technicians Scheme. Rest assured, when it comes to guarantees of work done brilliantly, we’ve got all the right stamps of approval.
Health and safety is paramount when our technicians visit your site. Each member of the team is instructed to follow protocol and trained on what to do in a range of different scenarios to ensure the safety of themselves and others around them. Our health & safety standards are independently assessed and accredited by CHAS so you can rest assured that your people and premises are safe.
